By purchasing or enrolling in our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
RushiPandit – Institute of Business & AI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Students are advised to review them periodically. Thank you for choosing us.
Enrollment and Payment
Upon enrollment in any course offered by RushiPandit – Institute of Business & AI, the student agrees to pay the applicable course fees as communicated at the time of admission.
- Full payment must be completed within the first 50% duration of the course timeline.
- Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in restriction from attending further sessions until dues are cleared.
Job Placement
To be eligible for Job Placement Assistance, students must fulfill the following criteria:
- Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance.
- Complete at least 50% of the course curriculum.
- Complete 100% of the Capstone Project.
- Ensure full payment of the course fees.
Job interview opportunities and placement support will only be provided upon meeting all the above conditions.
Refund Policy
A refund may be requested within 3 days of the initial payment. To request a refund, the student must: Send an email to cmo.therushipandit@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name].” Include full name, contact information, and the enrolled course details with Batch No. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request. Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review your eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their login credentials and ensuring that they do not share them with unauthorized individuals. Any violation of academic integrity, including plagiarism, will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination of enrollment
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
RushiPandit – Institute of Business & AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Students will be informed about major updates through their registered email address or official communication channels.
